The experiences of these organizations have generated numerous lessons learned and known issues related to cloud-based system implementations, including reports on issues with scalability, performance, reporting, and security as they relate to cloud-based services. Through these cases, an organization can be better informed on the issues of cloud-based services, deployment models, and service models.
