I M Wondering How To Find The Mean And Std Dev And Median And Iqr By Hand By Jus

I attached a document that has a frequency table and a histogram. I’m wondering how to find the mean (and std dev) and median (and IQR) by hand by just a frequency table or just a histogram. Since this histogram is skewed I know I would need to use median and IQR but with a normal distribution how would I find the mean and std dev?
