I Am Trying To Develop A Pico Question Having To Do With Sepsis Does Anyone Have

I am trying to develop a PICO question having to do with sepsis. Does anyone have any suggestions? I am trying to develop the question towards the importance of early treatment rather than delayed treatment. I work in the emergency department where it is usually overcrowded and nurse to patient ratios are 1 to 9 at times or more so at times treatment can be delayed.
