Hi this is my design problem… Idon’t know how to begin or what I should do .. please help me if you can??A mining operation being performed by your company produces a wastewater stream which has5 wt% calcium carbonate mixed into water. You are to evaluate the use of a surface filter toremove the calcium carbonate from the water. By using the same filter medium, design a batchsurface filter to process 25 m3/day of wastewater stream. Your design must specify the size ofthe filter and the operating conditions for the filter.
