I want some one excellent in excel and know how to search ICD9 CODE ?

i had from DX1 until DX5 and from PR2 to PR5 

DX = diagnosis ,PR= procedure

want to count in every column alone the no.of patients had same DX or PR and then put the meaning of the ICD9 code.
